Marked with RPM mark - Royal Porzellan Manufaktur - from my research this mark can be found on KPM blanks. I’m not certain but there is also a label from the previous collector, stating “KPM”. I have included the screenshot from the “Marks on German Bohemian and Austrian porcelain” book.
