I don’t know anything about this piece- very much Wedgwood style in deep rich cobalt blue, appears antique stoneware type porcelain- but unmarked except for an impressed 81 or 18. There is damage to the spout noted in photos, and a small nick to the tip of the spout. I’d suggest this for display only- but it sure is lovely- an absolutely beautiful design and finale lid. Sold as is.
