This cat is an example of Royal Bayreuth's figural wares, likely produced circa 1910s.These playful pieces were functional as well as decorative. This item has aged well with no chips or cracks. The painted eyes are bright green and orange is used as an accent in the ears and around the mouth and nose. The inside of the creamer is also orange which fades to an off white.
