It is two pieces with bowl and lid and made of porcelain. Made in Italy. It is very detailed. I believe this piece dates back to the 1950s. "3610" is likely the model or pottery mold number. It is in good shape; the only item of note is a single small chip on the edge of the cover along the rim (see the photos) as well as another very light chip on the underside of the lid which is out of view with the lid in place on the bowl.
