This is an old glass casserole lid with the leaf pattern shown, no damage or defects. It is 6 1/4" on the outside, a little over 5 1.4" on the inside rim, will fit various makers casseroles. It might have been a Glasbake or Hammercraft Club aluminum ware lid.
