The pattern appears to be Blue Vineyard, but is a variant as there are blues and pinks to coral florals that seem to differ from the mainstream BLUE VINEYARD pattern- this set seems to be very rare featuring elegant blue and coral florals and a vining design on a creamy white ironstone base.
